We acquired a 120-unit hotel at 1410 S Country Club, Mesa, Arizona 85210, and transformed it into a profitable, cash-flowing short-term rental property.
Originally constructed in 1985, the property features 120 units: 35 studios, 73 one-bedroom units with one bathroom each, and 12 two-bedroom units with two bathrooms each. Initially operating as a hotel, we successfully re-zoned it into a traditional multi-unit rental building.
Although the zoning approval process was lengthy, we are thrilled to have it completed and are now ready to begin exterior renovations.
